Iowa Flooding - Need A Call Center

What are some creative employee referral themes and prizes?

Our company peaks in the summer-fall months and we hire a high volume of seasonal workers. One of the ways we recruit for these employees is through a designated seasonal employee referral program. We offer cash awards for all referrals but also give away prizes on a monthly basis. I am trying to think of some creative themes for the program and prizes we could give away… Does anyone have any suggestions? Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks! :)
